My doctor gave me the option of Whole Bovine Adrenal supplements or this AdrenaVen for my stage 3 adrenal exhaustion. I chose this one because I thought I'd probably receive it quicker than the Bovine option and I was desperate for some quick relief. Prior to ordering/taking, I was crashing really hard around 11am and my entire rest of the day was wrecked. Talking was even unbearable because I had so little energy, it felt like someone/something was sitting on my chest all the time and taking the wind out of me. The first morning I took 2 caps of AdrenaVen, and I didn't crash. It was a great feeling. I haven't crashed since (several weeks), but I've tried the Bovine glandular in replacement, and notice my energy is much better. Going back on AdrenaVen made me realize that while I wasn't crashing during my usual time (or ever), it was giving me this low-level tired feeling and lethargy for most of the morning after taking it that Bovine did not. I personally tend to have this reaction with herbal adaptogens (I react the same way with Ashwagandha), where I can't take them daily because they make me feel too lethargic, especially over time. If you need something for specifically adrenal-related fatigue or exhaustion, this will definitely help, and perhaps you're not as sensitive to herbal adaptogens as I historically have been. **UPDATE** I wanted to update my review and give Adrenaven 5 starts after having recovered from the worst of my adrenal issues. I went back to Adrenaven after believing that the bovine glandular wasn't really doing anything. Perhaps the Adrenaven worked BETTER than bovine and that's why I felt like I was getting a low-level tired feeling all the time back in the day. Perhaps at the time, it was simply too strong for me. Now, I use it to control stress. When I'm having difficulty sleeping and wake up a lot, I know it's time to take Adrenaven in the morning. It feels like it calms my body down so that I can sleep better in the evenings, but doesn't compromise my daily energy. Really love this stuff and find it to be very appropriate for my current situation.

I notice a drastic improvement in energy when taking these. If I don't take them, I notice I am tired and wonder why -- yet again -- realizing I did not have this supplement that day. The ingredients are vegetarian -- and you see can the quality herbs it contains and do your own research. These definitely make a difference in my life from being tired after being up from 9am-11 am ( I am working through severe adrenal fatigue as well as recovering from other issues), to taking me from 9am to 4pm, with much more ease and energy. I will still get tired around 4-ish. But this extra time of energy makes a huge difference in my day. I have energy to go for walks or ride a bike or visit with friends. Having more energy is helping me to get out of the house more, get more fresh air, and enjoy life more. I was tested for adrenal fatigue by a doctor and he recommended the Adrenal Complex --these used to be called the Adrenal Complex (?), after I told him I was vegetarian. Wonderful for Adrenal Fatigue and Chronic Illness! This is has been an important supplement in my Lyme Disease treatment, and I notice a difference when I take it. I have used it to help me get out of bed and handle more things in the day. After using it for a year along with other supplements from Premier Research labs and Nutramedix for my protocol and eating a clean allergen free diet, I have had vast improvement in my quality of life and energy. I can handle more in a day. I also added CereVen and use these in tandem. My experience with AdrenaVen is overal positive, and although I noticed a difference within the first few days, it was over the long haul that I have good measurable improvement. It may or may not be best for you. I was so sick with Chronic Lyme Disease, Insomnia, and Fatigue that the first day I took AdrenaVen I was actually more tired and was able to rest better. Been using for a year now off/on and best Adrenal supplement I have used combined with Adaptogen-R3 2nd time Bois Blanc Supply has been set as Prime and sent me Quantum Nutrition Labs Quantum Adoptgen with a sticker label of Adrenaven attached to it by Premier Research Labs (See Photo). I spoke to Bois last time they did this. Amazon claims they will deal with it this time. After speaking with Premier Research in Austin, TX directly, the Quantum Nutrition Labs is a division of their company but it is of lower quality and supposed to be cheaper. So not only did I get the wrong item again with labeling as the correct item (mind boggling Bois can't read a bottle label) I also paid full price. I have another bottle of Adoptgen on the way from another supplier due Friday. I need my Adrenaven to take with it or it just doesn't work as good for me. Recovering from spinal surgery and my Adrenal is tanked. THANKS AGAIN BOIS BLANC SUPPLY!

Five years ago I was diagonosed with Adrenal fatague. At the time I thougtht the Doctor was just trying to put me on medication. As the years rolled by at age 55 I started to notice a definate difference in my energy levels. My thyroid, chlosterol and hormones were all starting to give me problrems. I was amazed at how I was slowing down ....because I have been a huge vitamin fanic and eat very clean along with drinking clean water only. My only bad habit was coffee. Yes.........I absolutely loved strong coffee and have been drinking it for 40 years. Starbucks is my favorite. After my energy levels started to decline..I figured maybe that doctor was right. I started doing research on Adrenals and found that even though I was eating clean..(Organic) and taking multiple supplements along with bio identical hormones..I was still drinking the one thing that plays havoc on Adrenals. My Coffee. I decided to try to heal my adrenals and see if this would give me back my energy.and possibly help heal my thyroid issues as well. I have been off coffee for 5 days now and taking the AdrenaVen faithfully. I feel wonderful. I use to fall asleep on the sofa around 9:00 pm exhausted ...now I am so energized. I make myself go to be at 10:00 pm. I wake up ready to go again...I am sure it is the combination of no caffiene and the AdrenaVen. If you are struggling with fatague.....just try it. Love that it is herbal, with powerful adaptogenic herbs that strengthen and balance the adrenals, without the porcine or cow desiccated adrenal cortex or medulla that most adrenal support supplements rely on, even the "good" ones like Standard Process, Metagenics, Pure Encapulations, et al... I tried Standard Process and it didn't help me. I was waking up every night around 2 am and staring at the ceiling, the nights I could actually go to sleep. Waking up drenched in night sweats, heart palpitations, all kinds of symptoms of adrenal exhaustion, but my conventional doctors had no idea what to do. This supplement, used along with Premier Research Labs Adaptogen-R3 -- 90 Vegetable Capsules pulled me out of a spiral of adrenal exhaustion and progesterone insuffenciency/ estrogen dominance issues, which I was then able to address without having a bunch of other issues clouding it. Then a good liver detox and the estrogen issues are taken care of too. And since it is only adaptogenic herbs used here, and not actual hormone from other animals, your own adrenal glands are healed and able to sort themselves out to work properly on their own, which is what is wanted in the first place.
