Very good product. I use it for my LODGE combo cooker (2 pans) and it works great. The adjustment it is good. When cooking the top and bottom keeps only a bit warm (you can hold it with bare hands), from the sides might be a bit warmer. Great!

I bought the Lodge silicone grip thinking that it would fit well on my Lodge 12" skillet, but it is quite loose. I'm not worried that it is going to come off, but it feels sloppy. The first time I used it, I noticed smoke coming from the grip even though it was not in the flames. I looked closely and was surprised to see that it was burning. I have to be careful to place it far away from the flames to avoid further scorching and melting. I'm disappointed that the brand-new grip is already burned, although it is still functional, since I quickly noticed it smoking. I bought the orange version for visibility. It looks fine and feels durable, but it is a bit oversized. Given how easy it is to remove, it should be easy to clean in the dishwasher. Given its poor fitment and its susceptibility to burning, I think I would get the cheap Amazon branded silicone grip for a better value for the money if I had to purchase another one. I have always valued Lodge products for their excellent made in the USA quality for very reasonable prices. However, all in all, I'm disappointed in the quality of this silicone grip considering that it is a Lodge product.

Product is good, not a quality issue. However, I got this because I bought a Merten & Storck Pre-Seasoned Carbon Steel pan and this was a suggested accessory which is very needed with this pans. Since it was suggested, as a buyer you understand it will work but it does not. It fits very loose, does the job but is not comfortable, falls down with easy action. Conclusion - it does not fit, does not work if Handle is 1” inch or less in width. I could guess it has to be at least 1”1/4 inch Sorry guys I tried to upload a video from my iPhone but something went wrong. Added a photo but here I can not show you how big is the gap. Trust me, it’s big
