adidas Men's Samba OG Sneakers

I had debated for weeks about buying the Adidas Busenitz or the Sambas. After getting some early Christmas cash I bought both! The Busenitz are more padded and comfortable but the Sambas are very well made and you can feel the quality and are so very uniquely stylish ... and at a great price! They are comfortable but I probably wouldn't walk all day at a theme park in them. They are mostly genuine leather uppers with some genuine suede. SIZING ... ignore everyone else's comments and read mine ... ha! Truthfully, they are a very narrow shoe ... yet as far as length goes, they are true to size. My Busenitz run a little wide so I wear my typical size 12. Only because my foot is a little wide amd the Samba's are so narrow, I took the advice of many (and Adidas) and sized up 1/2 size and got a 12.5 ... and have a perfect fit! BUT ... IF you have an average width foot or a narrow foot ... no need to size up at all ... I promise! OK, for my final comment and it's a little subjective ... these probably will be more popular with women. They aren't necessarily a feminine looking shoe ... but they definitely aren't masculine. So far, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Ahhhh, the good 'ol days! Man, I used to wear these Samba's every day for years, back in High School and after. My last pair I literally wore until there were holes in the soles. I love how these conform to my feet and feel very sturdy and agile and have great traction. I got them to just wear around town casually, but I could definitely play indoor soccer with them too. They aren't as comfortable as a pair of Samba 'K's that I had, the one's made with real kangaroo leather supposedly, but as far as I can tell you can't find those anymore--I guess they don't make them. I looked online for a pair of those but there are very few you can find, and people are selling them for hundreds and even over a thousand dollars, so these 'OG's will have to do! The last pair I had were the Samba 'Classic' version, and I went with this 'OG' version this time with the blue design on the tongue and they feel perhaps sturdier than the 'Classics'.

Great throwback, I wore these in high school and now they are back in style! Stylish with dresses, shorts, jeans, skirts, very versatile shoe with old school vibes. Comfort-wise, they’re supportive for daily wear, though not as cushioned as a modern running shoe — they’re more about style and casual use. The fit is true to size, but a bit narrow, so wide-footed wearers might want to size up. Overall, the Samba is stylish, durable, and incredibly versatile. A must-have staple in any sneaker collection.

Ordered a size 5.5 as it claims it converts to an US women’s 6.5 but it was much too big on my feet! Reordered a size 5 (which arrived a few days late from expected delivery date due to weather delays apparently) but came in great condition. Very stylish and comfortable! It did not come in the official blue adidas box btw—and if that’s something you’re looking for, my first pair shipped with it but it was smushed and damaged. With the reviews I’ve read on here, it seems like the smushed adidas box is the same experience for many others.

The Samba shoe is so hard to find so I did pay more from a 3rd party seller to get them. They were supposed to arrive in 4 days but they got to me in 2 days! They are comfortable out of the box , no break in period. Really cute with jeans. I’m 62. A nice change from plain white sneakers. I’m completely happy but wanted to advise on sizing. I’m a women’s 7 occasionally a 7.5. I ordered size 6 which was recommended. I’m happy with the 6 but I might have fit the 5.5 . They are long and rather narrow. I have a narrow to medium width so no issue with the width for me. I agree with other reviewers who said women should size down 1 to 1.5 sizes for this shoe. Probable just 1 size down if your foot is wider.

La guía de tallas indica que seleccionando un 44 ( mi talla habitual en Adidas ) estás comprando un modelo de unos 27,1cm una talla 10 US pero a la hora de ir ala cesta envía un 11 US lo que corresponde a un 45 1/3, casi 1 cm más. El largo no es excesivo pero con un pie delgado como el mío la diferencia es notable a la hora de ajustar la zapatilla, mala gestión en la asignación de talla.

The fit was average, not super narrow but not wide enough for my liking, I imagine the fit will be perfect once the leather relaxes a bit as they are full leather with a bit of suede at the top of the toe. If you use the men’s to women’s size conversion I found it to be accurate. Excellent online price that I was lucky enough to find on sale!! Great overall shoe so far.

He comprado dos veces las bambas con el número 39 y llegan con el número 38! Tienen el 39 en stock??? También comentar que la devolución me cuesta 18euros, y son ellos Lis que envían mal la talla.
