for MERCEDES-W124-W201-W202-R129-R107-WOOD Gear Shift KNOB

The finish on the wood is very nice and the emblem was correctly positioned, not crooked or marred.However, the steed shaft was not chrome finish. Something that looked more like paint but I can't be sure.Also the shaft is not bent correctly. It is supposed to have 2 bends The one I received only had one bend.this caused the shaft to barely make it into the park position since the second bend is supposed to straighten the shaft into a vertical position when in park.It works ok for the other gears but it doesn't really line up with them properly.It is such a hassle to remove all the things needed to get to the shift. Once I finally got it installed and realized it wasn't quite right, I was too tired to start all over again.Disappointing that the photos show the correct 2 bend shaft with chrome finish only to get sent something else.Maybe tomorrow I will get the energy to take it out and try another one.First two photos are from the listing on Amazon. That is the correct bend but not the one I was sent.
