i’ve been taking inositol and i feel my mood has improved and my period cycle has been more regular than before. quality is pretty good, they have a tinyyy vegetable oil smell/taste but not enough to bother me much. the size is not too big and easy to swallow.

Walmart stopped selling myo- inositol in tablets or pill forms, so I had to quickly find another alternative, thankfully the transition was smooth and I didn't even notice I switched brands. Instead of the horse pills I'm used too these capsules are easy to swallow both at once, no funny taste, or strange side effects.
