I am a loyal customer of this brand. I researched the ingredients and their forms against other brands and these came out on top for quality and effectiveness in the body. I purchased the vitamin D + k2 product a year ago when I was pregnant and needed it. I loved how much i got in a packet, how small the pill was and that it was effective. When I needed additional supplements because I started glp1 treatment and to manage and hopefully reverse pcos I was static to find this and others under this same brand with great quality ingredients and good effectiveness. You guys have my loyalty. I am on a budget and find this brand to be budget friendly but I care more about effectiveness and results and those two are hard to get especially with pcos so I am very happy.

I’ve used this product for months now. But I have a concern about the color of the capsules in my most recent bottle. The ones I had taken previously were lighter in color - almost white. However the most recent ones were actually more of an orange/tan color… completely different from what I have previously taken. I’ve reached out to the company twice with my concern, asking for advice or direction… and both times I have been ignored. Because I have concerns about this colt variation, I requested a refund of this bottle. So my question is… was there a problem with the previous batches… is this an actual problem with this batch… or did they purposely do something different with the product altogether and not notify the public? Until I hear from them and get reassurance, I’m more inclined to move to another brand. This is not the action I prefer to take because I have been loyal to this brand for a long time now, and I have multiple supplements from their line in my cupboard at the moment. So to say that I’m disappointed that they have not responded to me regarding this issue is an understatement, and it’s very concerning.
