I bought this laptop for my granddaughter who just started college this week. It shows the blue screen of death, and keeps switching off. PC outlets won’t issue a refund, and neither will Amazon.

So far, I'm impressed. This thing is a beast when I run Adobe Programs like InDesign and Photoshop. It runs better than my Dell All in one in most tasks. Keep in mind my Dell has 16GB of installed RAM and a slightly better processor. Great value for what I need it for.

This is a really great product! Quick, lightweight and easy to use. Only downside is that the price is a little high.
