Great, But CD-ROM????
It’s really a great tool for understanding the book the right way. BUT i never received any “CD-ROM” i was supposed to get and i’m pretty disappointed about that. Even more tools for learning missed.

Expecting more study wise and getting more information from it other than that great book!

Poorly Organized
The organization of the questions for each chapter is atrocious. The order of the questions in the workbook do not correspond in any way with the organization of information in the book. For example, the answer for one question will be on page 2, next answer on page 15, and the third answer on page 1. It's like someone decided to put unrelated questions together at random, and each question is only related to the next by the fact that they're from the same 30 page chapter in the book. On a different note, don't expect any help from the publisher on anything. I had some technical issues with the book code on the textbook, and they refused to help.

No CD as advertised
Very disappointed that there was no CD, as advertised!!! Unfortunately I start Paramedic class in a week!!

My son uses this to stay abreast of basics while still on the job as an EMT-B. He is working in his A with this book as a resource.
