Was interested in this and saw was good for hands messed up by alcohol sanitizer; my son can't use any product with alcohol on his hands. Confussed???

There are many hundreds of drug and cosmetic ingredients with the word "alcohol" in their names. These break down into 3 basic categories, depending on how many carbon atoms they contain and how they are grouped together, which are basically drinking, rubbing and waxy alcohols. 
The "drinking" and "rubbing" categories of alcohols can be very drying. The "waxy*" category of alcohols have quite the opposite effect as the other two. These waxes can be found in nature as coatings on leaves and stems of plants, and prevents the plant from losing excessive amounts of water. Gloves In A Bottle and Skin MD Natural do contain waxy alcohol but are 100% free from all "drying" varieties of alcohols.

Are these 2oz bottles paraben-free? (No propylparaben or methylparaben)

Those ingredients are not listed on the bottle, or anything that ends with paraben, so I would guess they are paragon-free.

how much do you have to use for each application and how long will a 2 oz bottle last? and also will this come off when you wash your hands?

Like 1/4 teaspoon depending on size if your hands. I use it for waitressing job, where my hands are constantly wet, I apply it 1-2 times a shift (6 hours), it already lasted me a month and the bottle is far not done. The creamy part comes of when you wash hands, but it does bond with your skin and protects it for many hours before it naturally exfoliates.
