It was good at first; however, we immediately noticed that the self-cleaning function doesn't really clean. In a house with cats, we pretty much have to clean the tank, brush, and clear hair every time we use it. The clean water tank clips have broken (both) in a few months of use. Additionally, the suction power appears to have decreased, so we use it and then have to pick things up with our hands. Expected a better performance for that price.

The product was bought spe 2023, we noticed the vacant does not meet the expectation at all. it does drain the water at floor, use it to handle wet floor,it still wet. Checking the customer service it has lots of negtive comment, not recomment for this product.

جربت هذه المكنسة عيوبها انه خزان المياه صغير غرفتين ويفرغ ويجب اعادة تعبئته كما انها لا تنطوي وتدخل تحت الاثاث مثل النوع الثاني تينكو اما مميزاتها انها تعمل كمكنسة وتمسح بنفس الوقت وصوتها منخفض وسعرها يعتبر ارخص من مثيلاتها

Very good for small space

The vacuum does not meet the requirements. The floor remains wet and is not suitable for cleaning pile carpets. Unfortunately, its suction is very weak and is not suitable for narrow places or under sofas. Not suitable for heavy dirt or homes containing children.
