Great way to start the day and wake up your body!
Amazing tea, it’s my go-to every morning. Good for my gut (ginger) and for inflammation of every kind (turmeric), and delicious besides. I also add Ceylon Cinnamon drops and wild, raw, local honey for brain health and other benefits. I just wish the tea bags included black pepper (I add my own, one peppercorn) because your body needs pepper to be able to process turmeric.

It's not very pleasant to smell and drink
Worst taste ever! I don't mind most teas. I can swallow things down with no problem despite it not tasting good but this was a huge problem for me. The taste and smell is awful 😖 I had only 2 bags so I can't tell if it really helps me boost my brain.

Brain health improved
I have some head pain from insomnia and after drinking this tea some pain has subsided. I can tell my brain health has also gotten better and I feel healthier mentally. I think this tea is not so much for the taste but for the health benefits. I recommend this tea for a healthier brain if you notice signs of decline. I clearly feel better mentally.
