Basketball Hoop Pens (1 Dozen) Sport Themed Birthday Party Supplies, Party Favors, Giveaways, Novelty Pen, 5 1/2"

Yeah, I'm sure these would go over well for a kids birthday party and all, but I passed these out to my hospital coworkers during a rough day, and THEY WERE THE BEST THING EVER! The little string breaks occasionally, but you just tie it back on. Lots of entertainment, friendly competitions and conversation starters ensued.

Fast shipping and great seller. All of them fell apart and didnt last very long.

I got this for my 5 year old sons class for his birthday. I thought they were super cute, but they are not made very well. Served the purpose as a nice cheap gift for little 5 year old boys, but the balls fall off really quickly and can pose as a choking hazard. Once the balls fell off and wouldnt stay back on, i made my son throw them out as i also have a 1 year old, but he still likes using the pen with the hoop on top.

These were a hit at our sports themed luncheon and became part of one of our giveaway games (challenge was to see who could score 3 baskets the fastest). The biggest complaint I have with these is that the string kept coming untied from the hoop side of the pen. Out of the dozen that came in the pack, 5 had this problem and had to be retied, which is a bit of a challenge, especially if you have large hands like I do. The pens writes ok, but let's be honest...you probably aren't buying this because it's a quality writing instrument! :) It writes no better or worse than the bulk-purchased name-brand pens. They were fun while the strings stayed tied, but it would have been nice if the string could have been knotted or more firmly secured.

These pens are adorable! I had originally purchased these pens for my husband's stocking. (I did not realize they came in packs of 12). Because this product comes in packs of 12, we were able to give a pen to each player on my husband's basketball team. They were in love! Such a cute and fun gift. I think I will order more for my classroom prize box. Great buy!

These went perfect with a basketball-themed birthday party I threw for my nephew. Everyone had fun trying to get the little basketball into the basket. Kept everyone occupied -- No kids, all young adults. Some of the baskets did appear slightly smaller, making it more difficult to get the ball in, but no impossible. Comes with a clear cap that comes on and off nicely with no issue. The pen even writes well. Highly recommend.

Bought these for a March madness work event. Everyone loved these and employees were entertained for hours. Had very few basketballs come off their strings. Very easy to put back together with a simple knot if it does come disconnected.

These r cute..buttt...most fell apart during or after first use....and the ball was never attached upon opening...like the strings appeared to have Come untied...we retied them, which wasn't easy to do on this tiny string and hole... but most came untied swiftly. So cute sure but I wouldn't but again.

These are dollar store quality or worse. Ive gotten so sick of re-tying the balls to the string and the string to the pens that I've thrown them out.
