TransformHQ Meal Replacement Shake Powder (Vanilla) 7 Servings, Gluten Free

This is one of the best meal replacements that I have ever had. I chose the vanilla to play it safe and plan to purchase more!The powder mixes very well in cold milk and doesn’t leave a chalky feel while drinking. There is minimal clumping (might have been my poor quality leaky shaker bottle to be honest here) but the clumps aren’t chalky and gross so that’s a win.This tastes like if you let your ice cream get really melty then drank it and I love that. It makes it easier to drink. The thickness helps because it really does remind me more of a shake instead of just powder dissolved into milk. I will say that I have not tried it with water and I do not intend to. I use whole milk for more fat content.The protein content is fair in comparison to other shakes and the shake will make you feel full for a few hours at least. I carry almonds with me, string cheese and some grapes occasionally so if I get peckish depending on my activity level I’m not craving a binge meal or making poor decisions.Over al I really like this product and am confident it is going to help me reach my goals.

It taste okay. Not sure if I will purchase again. Probably just use to Whey Protein.

For those who love a very strong, buttery vanilla taste, this is it! To me it’s a great vanilla taste but a bit too buttery/greasy, though not as much as Kachava, and too sweet. Not really a Kachava replacement since it does not have all the minerals, vitamins and nutrients Kachava has but a much more affordable alternative.
