A woman’s companion on those tough days
I was skeptic at first about this, however after the first use - I got to appreciate it. It is easy to use and convenient - I placed it just on my tights and they stayed glued to them despite my movements and all. It warmed up quickly and helped ease my cramps throughout my working day in the office.

Warm, long lasting and comfy!
Got these for my Mrs as a "monthly" bundle with some iron tablets, chocolate and these warmers. Wow, she looks in less pain, the warmth lasts all day. For those who may struggle with painful menstruations, id wholeheartedly recommend these.

Helped with super bad cramps
AMAZING! They stayed warm pretty much all day and really really helped with my stomach cramps (helps to put one on ur back as well)

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I find it very hard to believe people are getting burns from these, as they do not heat up. I tested 12 of them, and none got warmer then 15 degrees Celsius. People are obviously confused by heat burns and a reaction to the adhesive used to stick them on.

Must buy if you suffer with cramps/lower back pain
Really helped within half an hour, soothed my stomach cramps and helped me get to sleep, much better than a water bottle. It stays hot for hours and hours, only used two for abdominal and back pain and it’s really helped. Just peel and stick over thin layer of clothing and you’re good to go. Really good for the price if you suffer with bad cramps.
