Rating this as 5 as it met my expecation and as described. This is not for those who intend to run. Brisk walking is the fastest that it will go and this is our intended use Me and my family have been using this everyday and so far so good. No issues

It worked great, I loved everything, but exactly two months passed and the treadmill broke and doesn't respond to the remote control. The remote is charged, the treadmill is on, but there's no response. I'm very upset and disappointed! I bought it on December 13, 2025, and today, February 12, 2026, it doesn't work. I use it occasionally, not every day! It's a real shame it lasted so long... It brought me so much joy from my home workouts, and it only lasted two months...

So far so good. Not too loud, very smooth. I wish the walking area was a little wider and longer, feels a bit restricted, But good enough for a brisk walk. Everything was in brand new condition. packaged well, delivered well

Very small for people with long feet or legs. Gets warm quickly. Functions are decent and work well with remote. Overall not dissapoining but expected better

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with this treadmill and its after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. Within just 4 months of purchase, the treadmill started stopping randomly while I was walking. Sometimes it would stop completely, start again on its own, and then stop again after a few seconds. This is not just an inconvenience—it is a serious safety issue because it can cause someone to lose balance and fall. I reported the issue immediately and shared multiple videos clearly showing the problem. I was informed that the problem was due to dust accumulation and that I needed to pay for servicing. I agreed to the paid servicing because my only goal was to get the treadmill working properly. The biggest disappointment has been the after-sales service. I was repeatedly promised technician visits within specific timelines (48–72 hours, then "today or tomorrow"), but no one visited or even called. Every update required me to follow up repeatedly through WhatsApp and email. Even after agreeing to pay for the servicing, I have been left waiting without any confirmed visit. I am attaching a video so that buyers can see the actual issue themselves. This review is based entirely on my personal experience with the product and the support I have received. I will update this review if the company finally resolves the issue permanently. Until then, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
