Sony provides top-tier picture and sound quality, featuring crystal clear displays; for the best viewing experience, video content should be in HD format or higher. The service in my location was also exceptional: the product was delivered the day after booking the order, and installation occurred the very next day after that, earning 5/5 stars for both service and product quality. So prince of the product justify the quality and service.

Steady internet connection of minimum 80 mbps
If you do not have a minimum of 80mbps steady internet connection, don’t buy this TV. Sony doesn’t declare this out in the open as a result many customers who bought this ultra expensive TV are facing this problem. Sony is a big corporation that belongs to a first world but it still robs some poor souls from the third world countries just because of its brand and marketing. Make sure that you do get a steady internet connection of 80 mbps. If you are having a patchy internet in your place, then don’t get taken in by the brand and its marketing. You don’t deserve to be cheated off your hard earned money. This requirement was conveyed to me by their technician who told me that he himself has given TOS feedback to their HQ yet they refuse to take any action while scores of people in my city are struggling with this TV that they’re unable to use nor are they able buy another one after spending so much on this piece of junk. The ISPs in this city just smile at me when I ask for the unsteady internet connection and give me strange looks as I have just landed from Japan or Korea or Europe and asking for some strange and alien requirements that are not the realities of this country. Im stuck with this purchase…. I leave it to you for making a wise decision.
