Perfect Fit for My Shih Tzu
These wraps fit my Shih Tzu perfectly. They are very absorbent, stay in place well, and have helped prevent accidents around the house. My dog seems comfortable wearing them, and I haven't had any issues with leaks. Great quality, and I'll definitely keep buying them.

Small vs Extra Small on My 14 lb Maltese — No Leaks in 5 Months
I’ve been using these on my male Maltese for about 5 months with zero leaks or accidents, and trust me, that’s saying something because this dog runs, jumps, spins, and operates like he’s permanently caffeinated. For reference, he weighs 14 pounds, has a very skinny waist, and a long body and neck. He typically wears a small in dog clothing, although smalls can be a little short on him while mediums are often too loose around the waist. Because he falls right between sizes, I purchased both the Extra Small (A27) and Small (A26). Both sizes fit him well, just differently. The Small wraps farther around his waist, making it feel more secure. My husband prefers this size because of the extra overlap and coverage for our little gremlin who never stops moving. The Extra Small is quicker and easier to put on, which is why I tend to prefer it. Less wrapping, same overall result. The absorbency has been excellent. Urine absorbs quickly, keeps him dry, and we’ve never experienced a leak. The Velcro is surprisingly strong and stays firmly secured through all his chaos. No popping open, no shifting, and no loosening, even after months of use. Another big plus is that these haven’t caused any skin irritation or rash, which we’ve experienced with some other wraps in the past. The only downside is odor control. After a couple of pees, the smell becomes noticeable, so you’ll want to change them regularly if odor bothers you. Overall, these have been reliable, absorbent, comfortable, and secure. If your dog falls between sizes like mine, both can work well—it simply comes down to whether you prefer easier application or maximum wrap-around security for your tiny tornado.

Excellent male wraps for my senior dog
These Honey Care disposable male wraps have been a lifesaver for my 14-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who has difficulty controlling his bladder. For reference, his waist measures 14 inches, and the size Small fits him well. They are disposable so after one use I simply roll it up and throw it in the trash. The wraps are very absorbent, soft and slightly thicker in the middle, where he mostly needs it to keep him dry, and have not leaked. I also like that they are breathable, which helps keep him comfortable throughout the day. Another great feature is the wetness indicator, which makes it easy to know when it’s time for a change. They stay in place well, are easy to put on with the adjustable velcro and give me peace of mind when he’s indoors. If you have a senior dog or a dog with urinary issues, I highly recommend these wraps they are definitely worth the value.

cheap, effective, sanitary, humane (but clean up the belly in the morning)--best possible solution
This was a game changer for us--and I'm not one to typically get hyperbolically enthusiastic or even leave a lot of reviews. My fourteen-year-old PomChi mutt has been on prednisone for the past two months, and has to pee constantly. He was never trained to use pee pads reliably, so I was trying reusable belly bands with a maxi-pad. But he's got a little Daschund, too, and if you have a long dog, you might know how easily they can wiggle out of belly bands. These are incredible for multiple reasons. First, they stay on--even with his "long dog" shape. Second, they are super absorbent. He's not gone through one overnight ever in the past month plus, despite drinking like a gallon of water before bed. Third, the price of about 35 cents max for one of these on S&S, which reliably absorbs all wetness, versus a large pee pad, which average at least 80 cents, which only works if your dog is well-trained to them, means it is that much less of a headache when your dog is already ailing. And I'm surprised that they're this affordable given that they use some sort of velcro that can refasten and adjust--and you can reuse them if they haven't gotten wet or otherwise gnarly. And in the last sixty days or so, only one has come unstuck (and I think that was because I didn't fasten it quite tight enough: aim for two fingers between the skin and the belly band, no more and no less). Every morning I take a wet paper towel and wipe him off, then go in with a wet wipe--something I really think any responsible pet owner who uses something like this MUST do. I'm hoping we get back to a point where he's not having to go at night. That said, I've stockpiled these because they are cheap, effective, apparently of little bother to my babydog, and just the perfect solution. For reference, my dog is 19lb, fairly narrow-waisted, and the medium is just slightly too large, but since they're adjustable they fit great.

Warning: Don't keep on 24/7 and take off asap when soiled to avoid UTI!
I purchased a size medium for my elderly wire hair terrier. He can't control his bladder anymore so he wears diapers often. I have purchased other brands before but saw this one had good reviews so figured I would give them a try. They are also cheap as you get a 50 count box for only $17. They arrived quickly and appear in good quality. I put it on my dog and they are tight!!! He almost needs a large and he's not a big dog. I think their sizing is a bit off so definitely dont size down. I even measured him and he should fit the mediums easily and they are very tight. I think they need to make them a bit longer but so far that's my only complaint. They are thick and leak proof. We will see how this goes but so far so good! Update: I went in vaca and told my mother to keep his diaper on to minimize the messes she would have to cletip. Well he got a UTI, blood in diaper and vomiting. Keeping a diaper on a lot causes the infection to occur by keeping on that bacteria in the diaper on his private. Please be mindful of this. Give them a break from diapers as much as possible. Remove the dirty diaper asap. He is getting better with daily antibiotics but this was very sad and not a great experience so please be cautious. These are great diapers but not meant to be worn 24/7. Good luck!

Medium Size for my 25lbs Terrier
Update June 9,2026 Update June 6, 2026 I traveled to another state 10 hours away, and the diaper setup was a huge help. Here is my update: I use Bestie as the main diaper with a Furcato dog diaper liner. Then, to seal it all in, I add another diaper by the Honeycare brand. It works wonders! We have no more overnight accidents.I also wash him between diaper changes with a Perineal Skin Cleanser to protect his skin. He is happy, and if he is happy, I am happy. Bottom line: thin diapers like Honeycare are not suitable on their own for a dog like mine that pees a lot, but it works perfectly as a sealer over the main diaper Update: May 24, 2026 I noticed more and more that the diapers were leaking, so I purchased 4 different brands. I should do a video, because not all diapers are made equal. After comparing to other brands these are mediocre. In the picture I am comparing this brand to the other brand which has a Beagle image on the bag. Even Vibrant diapers that I purchased on Walmart are much better. I bought 4 bags already, I am keeping them and use them as reinforcement throughout the night. What a relief to find a better diaper. This diaper thing on a dog is new to me. I bought the first one I saw with lots of reviews thinking lots of reviews meant they were good. By the way the washable diapers did not work for me, they were too heavy, and my dog looked very uncomfortable with them on. I added pictures so you can see the difference. Original Review: These diapers have been an absolute lifesaver for both me and my senior dog. Dealing with accidents is a lot of work, especially since I am a senior myself, and he feels terrible when they happen. I ordered these in a pinch, and they arrived quickly. They were a wonderful, immediate fix! For reference, my terrier weighs 25 lbs., and the medium size fit him perfectly (I tried both small and medium, and preferred the medium).

Snug and Dry
These belly bands have been a lifesaver/floor saver for our home. They fit my Toy Poodle well and keep him dry overnight. I put a shirt or sweater on him over the belly band, and it keeps him from trying to take it off. I will buy them again. Great value! Great product!

Very absorbent!
I love that these have the line that shows when they are wet. These keep our little dog from marking in the house. They are easy to use, stay in place, and are super absorbent. We don’t have to worry about messes in the house while we are gone. We use a size small for our 6lb little poodle and they work perfectly! Plenty of stretch, thick, and the pack contains 50 wraps. Great value!
