I have chronic knee problems and end up using ice fairly often so the unique shape of this gel pack was intriguing to me. I am glad I got it because I immediately pulled my back shortly after ordering and it actually arrived the next day just in time! It is a bit thin, with a unique texture outside that isnt just the usual slippery plastic. It folds fairly flat and the gel inside is segmented which is very nice so youre not spending time pushing the gel around to make sure you have it where you need it. I left it in the freezer overnight and propped myself up on the couch and the unique shape meant it wrapped around my waist on where my strain is. It was perfect! I am in Arizona so it is quite hot already and normally even the nicer gel packs only last an hour or so and I was able to keep this pack out of the freezer for nearly 2 hours with off/on use in a very warm environment and fully wrapped around me. Incredible! The texture also meant that the little frost that appeared did not affect any usage and it was easy to move, carry and no drips anywhere.

Compramos 2 de distinta marca que son muy parecidos y nos pasó lo mismo, son grandes y al final un poco incómodos para calentarlos o enfriarlos y al ponerlos en el cuello no quedan en el lugar porque no tienen un broche o velcro que los mantenga en su sitio.

Perfect product use it everyday hot and cold Just can’t put 5 stars because product came with a hole in it and is leaking. Other than that deserves a 5 stars

I liked that this gel pack is shaped in a way that it made it perfect for shoulder and neck area. I just used one of my hair clips to hold the wrap closed around my neck, it worked perfectly. It really does a great job of hitting high on the back of my neck and still dips down in the back to also cover a lot of my upper back in the center, which is where I get really sore after a long day. I will primarily use this as a cold pack, which held the cold for several hours. I did try it with heat, it does take some time to get the gel pack hot but once it is there, it stays hot for over an hour. I tried this on my lower back and it worked great, but I carry most of my aches and pains in my neck area. So this gel pack has really been helpful to help unwind daily and make getting to bed easier for me. I highly recommend this hot/cold gel ice pack.
