Good for songs and photos (sort of)
UPDATE (9/20/2018): Seems that the player didn't like being connected through my hub with a micro USB cable I have been using for charging for some time. Now that it is connected with a different cable, I was able to copy a bunch (1300) of songs from my iTunes to the internal storage of the player.VIDEO: Will not play mp4 videos that I copied to the device.PHOTO: Displays JPG images but squashes them to fill the screen vertically while keeping the entire horizontal image.AUDIO: Settings are maintained, even after being turned OFF and back ON again. This is a decent player that I would recommend.Just got this, charged it, plugged in earbuds, listened to FM - set 6 preset stations, listened to the 2 sample tunes.Plugged in the device to transfer songs from my Mac. This device is not recognized. Maybe I'll try to transfer songs to a micro SD card before deciding if I have to return it. (Now I know why iPods are so good.)

do NOT BUY this
This is a piece of crap I spent 3 hours trying to get music on this only for it to freeze 99% of the time not to mention the time that it disconnects by itself whuoe transferring music on to this. Also the error messages "format not supported" with mp3 file and "file courrupted or unreadable". And the few times that it did work I was only able to get 100 out of 500 songs transfered. The only redeeming thing about this is the sound quality, FM radio and built in speakers, sadly it's not enough I returened it within 12 hours of getting it.

Very easy to use
This MP3 player is so easy to use, even for a senior citizen!! Just keep playing with it and it comes to you what to do. The sound is very good but the battery does not last as they stated. But charges fast 2-3 hours. Have not had any issue connecting to any of my Bluetooth items. It has a very smooth surface which makes it slippery. I found it charges better connecting to electricity than on my computer. Would purchase again

Very difficult to use, not working as described on the website.
Pros: Nice heavy aluminum body, Good FM reception without the need for an antenna.Cons: Very difficult to use. Radio is not supported while using Bluetooth headphones or BT speaker (FM Radio is in Apps folder, so you are forced to disconnect Bluetooth in order to search Apps). Playlists and Music by Album, Artist is not supported if using BT headphones or BT speaker, so if using one of those you have no choice of what song to play, instead you'll hear one of the 50,000 songs you loaded in the memory at the PM3 player's random choice. The sound quality is ok but the volume is very low, so the reason to use an external speaker or BT headphones. The Touch Screen is also half myth :) Only the buttons are touch, you cannot touch an icon and expect it to respond.Bottom line: Returning this item and looking for something better

10 weeks of usage. It is now dead.
It is a very small device. Interface is very tedious to set up Bluetooth and pairing. Shuffle all music is repetitious with perhaps 20 tracks out of 1,400. Sound quality is good. Device or battery died after 10 weeks from date of purchase. Power button will not activate; even after charging for a while. Can't crack the case on this one without destruction of face, so I'm not even going to attempt. Buyers beware.Update. I did check the power switch again after several days and it powered up enough to show battery mark, so I plugged it in to charge.

Lack of OS
Structurally well built; shell is made out aluminum and composite poly. Definitely well built. However, the Operating system is not as advertised; music folders can not be played individually or selected individually with to play if bluethooth is connected. When Bluetooth is connected, It is locked into ALL MUSIC play.. You are not able to return to HOME SCREEN to select individual folder. Bluetooth connection is difficult even when Bluetooth devices sit 6 inch away from player. I am giving it 4-Stars for the quality of built.

Workable MP3 player
I wanted a Bluetooth MP3 player to take my phone (life) out of the loop. The one thing that would make it an ideal travel companion would be a means to easily display the clock for use as a travel alarm clock, other than as a screen saver. otherwise works well, and fits easily anywhere. Reminiscent of the later Walkman before they were discontinued.

Good for bike helmet music
I use this on my ninja. I ride about 30 commute one way. Clear sound, large capacity (days before I play same song again) and battery life is fair. Enough it lasts me both ways cranking the tunes. I have a Bluetooth headset in the helmet sync'd to the player. Sync is easy and fast. Love this thing. Light weight, fits in any pocket.
