The juicer stopped working after few days. Requested help from Amazon care but they expressed their inability as the product had no insurance. The special grievance team suggested for contacting vendor. For vendor number the grievance team asked to find from Google search. Somehow we got the vendor number and contacted. The gentleman was so courteous at the Juicer vendor phone number. He asked us to send a video of what happened with the juicer. Next day we receive a message that your new juicer will be sent within a week. We requested the gentleman on 6th July and the juicer reached home thru IndiaPost on 15th July26. So thankful of the gesture. The blender is working fine and we are enjoying juices anytime. Qlect service by the supplier was superb. However we were very disappointed with the rude and arrogant behaviour of Amazon special grievance team lady communicating with us. Never expected Amazon person to be so indifferent. Just expressed our feeling.

Extremely disappointed with this product. Within just two weeks of normal use, the safety lock stopped working and, even worse, the blender started switching on randomly without pressing the start button. This is a serious safety hazard for a device with sharp rotating blades. A blender that can start unexpectedly puts users at risk of injury. The product has become completely unsafe to use, and I am now seeking a refund and service support. Avoid this product if you value safety, reliability, and quality. A kitchen appliance should never behave this way.

The blender is light and soild build quality. The size is enough for needs of 2 people. The 6 blades blends and grinds very fast and perfectly. The rpm is 22000 that is impressive and battery is also very good.

It's good but the volume is too high

This is a disappointing product. The bottle doesn’t fit the mixer properly, and the machine won’t even start unless both parts are aligned with absolute precision. It shouldn’t take so much effort just to get a basic appliance to work. The design is clearly flawed, and using it is frustrating. I’ve spent enough time trying to make it work and have finally given up on this product. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Blades are very small not able to grind well and the noise is very irritating 😞

Best product for travelling at affordable price. You can take this to anywhere and use it. Its battery backup is also very good. I can make juice, shake, smoothie etc very easily. Easy to use and easy to clean.

They didn’t provide the mixer lid. How am I supposed to use it without the cap? Now my money is completely wasted and I’m unable to contact the manufacturer waste of money !!! Scam product
