I absolutely love this dressing mix! We use the Zesty Italian flavor and eat a salad with it every single night — it’s that good. Yes, it’s a little more expensive than other dressings, but totally worth it in our house. I actually buy it in bulk because we go through it so fast. If you haven’t already, grab the little Good Seasons glass cruet — it has the measurements marked right on it for oil, vinegar, and water. Super easy. I like to switch it up by using apple cider vinegar and avocado oil instead of the standard white vinegar and vegetable oil. That combo takes the flavor to another level — tangy, rich, and so fresh. I use this seasoning on everything!
I know it’s designed to be a salad dressing but the dry herbs sprinkled on vegetables, meat, even rice and pasta, elevate the taste. It’s great on seafood when mixed with a small amount of olive oil.
