My cats are obsessed with tents, this was the best birthday present for them! It’s surprisingly durable for being so lightweight. Good quality. There is nowhere to hang the accessories so I ended up using safety pins. The light strand was so cute but it broke after one drop. Regardless, this was a great purchase!

Good money for the cost. The string light was kind of flaky but worked well enough. The decoration in the picture is wrong, mine was all one color but it is a nice addition. Expect to use medical tape or something to put on the flags and or lights that come with the product. The light string is not that long and is battery operated. Very minimal functions. A replacement upgrade is around 12 bucks easy for a 10 foot one. Got a replacement and strung it up along with the poles on the inside. Maybe too bright and now I wished the replacement had a dimmer setting. The installation was easy. However, keep in mind of the size as this will not go through a regular doorway built as is. The material is not cheap, did not smell like chemicals and was sturdy. Some slight problems as moving the item and the item will obviously shake. Based on this, the material is see through, but thick enough that you won't break the items. I like the material. No microplastic option for a small tent option instead, which is equivalent and or better IMHO. That being said this item is fun for kids and kids will realize the look is that of a small house, not an outdoor tent. My toddler has his plushies set up inside the house and a small couch made from playground foam and is stacked on playground foam cushions. He loves the skylight and the windows. I read stories to my toddler for bedtime in the house, meaning I can sit inside the house comfortably (5'8" 180 lb.). I believe this item was a good investment. I need to put this near a wall as my toddler is rowdy and doesnt understand that the house may topple. I do have somethings to prevent this, but it's bothering me since I have padding under this and a blanket. Hopefully they come with a better light for future users and the proper accessories. Note. The manual was ok to use. Easy to build. Easy to disassemble.

For the price, this is super cute and fairly sturdy. All one piece, which should make for easy washing if/when necessary. Easy to decorate and make comfy for at least 2 little ones to nap, play games, read books, and more. Assembles fast. No tools needed. Floor padding is very soft, as described. Sadly, there was one missing piece of frame piping (13") so had to go in search of a stick or dowel to substitute.

I got this as a gift for my 6 yr old sister and it’s SO cute and it’s actually good quality! It comes with a lot and it’s easy to put together. Mine did rip in one spot but it’s not noticeable. It’s good size even I can sit up in is and have plenty of room ( I’m 5’4)

This pint-sized palace is impressive. No clue why it’s classified as a frequently returned item. It comes with battery powered star lights and a flag banner. My 2.5 year old loves it and drags me in there with him. I’m about 5’2” and can completely stretch out if I lie diagonally. The backside interior has large pockets where you can store books, diapers, toys, chapstick, wet wipes, whatever. The gauzy curtains have tie-backs on the inside. It’s aesthetically pleasing and everyone who comes over gets a real kick out of it. I had trouble putting it together…but I blame the wine. Most people can do it 15 min, apparently. Took me an hour but so worth it. My son and I really enjoy hanging out in the Villa del Mio Miracolo Divino. Only issue is our rotund and grouchy Chihuahua who wants to claim the space as his own. I highly recommend this toddler estate…it’s pleasing to the eyes, oddly sturdy, and feels like a special, fun hideaway.

Great quality & easy to assemble!

Didn't come with all the parts - no 90 joints but came with plenty extra other pieces I think - or not enough overall - I have no idea I just have a bunch of straight pieces put together with NO 90 JOINTS.... Don't even want to return the old one, man. Tired of this tihs.

The kids love this. It was so easy to put together even as a 63 yr old grandma. Took me about 15 min. The poles were labeled. The pictures helped me the most. Instructions didn’t really tell which connectors to use but I just separated them and could easily figure out which one to use. Some reviews said it didn’t come with a mat or lights. I got the mat, lights and flags. There isn’t a place to connect the flag or lights so I just layed them on. The battery pack pulls the lights down so I put a piece of Velcro and it works great. It is adorable and pretty sturdy.
