The motor siezed up after running for about a week. How do i get a replacement motor?

Can the walnut shells be reused?

You can reuse them, but I don't think they are the best to use for polishing rocks. Walnut shells are more suitable for cleaning metal. I'd suggest plastic beads for the later stages and ceramic beads for the early stages.

Where can I find replacement belts?

You can get the belts from harbor freight their Chicago Tumbler is the same as this one.
