Naturcolor 10R Palest Saffron Blonde Hair Dyes, 4 Ounce

I was really leary to try a new hair color product. The last time I did it didn't turn out. However I really wanted to start using a more natural hair color and try to eliminate harsh chemicals. I usually use LOreal 91/2b to color my hair and always got good results so I really had my fingers crossed with this one that it would end up being similar in color. There is a similar amount of hair color volume once mixed compared to LOreal or Clairol brands. There is no odor except for a slight pleasant smell. The dye is a little bit mor e runny than Lo real and clairol, so cover up a bit more as there's easy spillage. It does not stain your skin or sink ect. I was kinda panicked after 30 minutes and saw that it had turn a bright henna red, so I washed it out at that point. My hair ended up being a soft blond with some natural highlights and with some red highlights also that I wasn't expecting. My hair is soft and shinier now, which was a nice surprise. I'm going to use this as my new go too color. I posted before and after pictures.I'm really happy with the results!

Not for blonde hair!! Beware! If you have light blonde hair, please be aware that the color on the box is wildly inaccurate! I chose the lightest shade to match my own hair and cover gray (“palest saffron blonde”) and after only 10 mins into the 45 min process my hair was already turning a dark reddish brown color. After 20 mins of washing and rinsing I’m left with a dark strawberry blonde color and will have to pay to correct the color. This item is also not refundable. I was hopeful about using an herbal based product that is free from some of the more harmful chemical chemicals in other products but this doesn’t work on light hair. I would only recommend for dark hair.

Apparently the R as in 10 R next to the color is for their COPPER series aka known as RED! I was looking for pale blonde, not something with strawberry. The color was not pale at all but a very dark blonde. So the labels are misleading. I tried another blonde color previously & really liked it. When I called the company to explain this experience Claudia then told me the letters mean different things like Copper & Natural etc. I asked repeatedly WHERE I would find that in their product description? And Claudia said on their website where they also offer 15% off. I would recommend doing some research before purchasing this product. The product itself is great. I like it much better than the high chemical store brands. It also covers grey better. They offered to send me their palest blonde as compensation for my misguided experience. I'm looking forward to trying that.

I WS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE COLOR.MY HAIR IS NOW AN UGLY SHADE OF DARK BLONDE.I HAVE TO WAIT 10 DAYS BEFORE I CAN DO IT AGAIN.VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED,WILL NEVER BUY THIS AGAIN.
