Great color, texture and taste
Really pretty contrast to white or red sauces, with enough texture to hold the sauce, plus cooks to the perfect level of doneness, in my case al dente! A little pricier than some major brands but worth it to me.

Mild spinach flavor, light and cooks fast, easily digestible unlike other pasta
My favorite and only pasta I eat. The spinach flavor is mild and discreet. What makes this pasta so good is its lightness, no wheat sensitivity issues unlike with other pasta. Also, it cooks fast, just about 5 minutes to perfection.

A favorite
This is one of my top three favorite pastas on the market. Hardy and flavorful, it's great with a wide variety of pasta recipes on my menu rotation. I'd been purchasing it from Vitacost but they stopped carrying it and the third-party vendor here at Amazon charged a large shipping fee so I was pleased recently to see it being offered by the Al Dente Pasta Company itself, shipped by Amazon. The price is still higher than more ordinary dried pastas but I like it so much that I'm willing to splurge a bit. Thanks for keeping it available.

Great product, just a little different than I’m used to
I thought this was the same product I bought in the past. Either it’s not or the company changed it slightly. It still tastes amazing. It’s due to the strands being cut into smaller pieces vs. leaving them bundled in long pieces like most fettuccine is made. It’s also quite a bit more expensive than previously. For me, it’s worth it as I love spinach pasta and it’s not as easy to find as it used to be.

Outstanding quality product!!!
Outstanding product absolute quality a delicious alternative to high calorie pasta with more nutrition. My husband even loves it. He said he will never eat another noodle. As long as he lives, he loves it. I love it as well. I will never eat another noodle as long as they are making this product!! Thank you to this company for a deliscious stellar quality product!!! I can't wait to make something else with them so many possibilities!!!
