Perfect but spicy
I think spicy should be in the title. I personally like a little spice, so I like this glaze. But if you're someone who doesn't like spicy, don't buy. To give you an idea, it's spicy enough to where you're drinking water more throughout the meal because of it. Aside from the spice, this glaze has the perfect flavor.

The Best Bourbon Glaze .
This Glaze is the best for Salmon. I always ordered it at “O’Charlies” restaurant and they covered the Salmon with this Glaze. I keep a bottle and a spare bottle in the fridge at all times
