Bike is rides nice. I like it. Display settings are quite complicated though, but workable.
The longer I have this bike the more I like it. I did have some problem mounting the rear fender, with the three connection points. Finally, I gave up on THREE connectons and went with ONE. The one in the middle and ONLY hooked up that ONE. Hey it works good. just make sure that one connection VERY TIGHT and go with it. Just forget about hooking up the three connection points and go with a well tighted MIDDLE one. You'll be fine. My bike is well setup now and every thing is working very working. Rides well and responds quickly. It's a good bike. Have had it five months and has about 1,500 miles. All good mileage too One thing, I am not crazy about, is the trip meter. It cuts off, when you take a break and the display sets the trip to back zero. I prefer should manually be the one to decide when the trip is over. Lots of e-bikes do it that way though. So have to go with it. My first bike Eahora Epus lets me shut the trip off when "I" decide stop the trip. That is NICE! I decide when to set the trip to zero. I like that.

Very good bike so far, with one weird speedometer issue
I ordered this bike for the power, the battery capacity which is ~20% larger than most offerings these days, and the price of course. It has not disappointed on all three fronts. The bike was fairly easy to assemble, and after a few weeks of using it, I am quite satisfied with its functionality and range. Obviously I don't know how long it will last, but for now it's doing what it's supposed to do. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is that the speedometer is mostly useless as programmed on this bike. It only displays speeds that are lower than the speed limit of the current PAS level. Any time I pedal harder or go downhill, the speed displayed is the PAS level speed limit, NOT the current - obviously much faster - speed. I exchanged a few emails and videos with "Yolanda" from the bike vendor (Edikani). She was very responsive and professional. At first she thought this was normal behavior, and that the speedometer was just displaying the output of the motor. When I pointed out that the motor was not in play when I was going downhill, or applying the break, she agreed that there must be a software/design error, but could not provide a fix. I consider this a significant but not blocking issue, and given that everything else is going well, I am keeping the bike.

Awesome bike
Excellent bike, almost 300 miles on it runs like new, I would get puncture proof inner cubes for bike is my only suggestion.

Bad Battery
Weโve had the bike less than three months and the battery will no longer charge. Weโve also had 4 flat tires.

Surprizing quality for this price point!
Very impressive looking bike. The color display is easy to read and the recommended cell phone ap expands it's utility. I did have an issue with a crank loosening. Although they come preinstalled, it is probably worth making sure the crank is adequately tightened prior to your first ride. The customer service is very responsive, answering emails by the next day (they are located in China so this is to be expected). Since the pedal crank was damaged from loosening, I sent a photo and they offered to ship out a replacement free of charge. As far as performance, the bike certainly gets to 25 mph as delivered but hits 31 when unlocked via the ap on motor alone. Yes, motor alone works but honestly, pedaling along is best for battery life and performance. An unexpected feature on the ap was the ability to set regenerative braking up so the bike charges itself when going downhill. THAT was totally unexpected and very cool. My 15 yr old son takes it out a couple of times a day. Even after an hour to hour and a half of riding, the battery has about 50% left. Another major surprize is how well the bike works with zero assist. Even though the bike weighs 50+ lbs, it pedals and maneuvers easily. This is reassuring if y ou ever do happen to run out of battery. A couple of tips: as already mentioned, tighten the pedal cranks at the hub prior to first ride; I wouldn't trust the cell phone holder--with a quick bump, the holder can disconnect from the clamp, I ended up ordering a tube bag with a clear cover that mounts on the top tube while retaining touch function (search Amazon); although my son does ride light trails with the bike, I wouldn't subject it to heavy trails/jumps Bottom line: very good bang for the buck.

Need to work on a better manual and instructions.
Overall seems to be worth the investment. Assembly would have gone a bit easier and faster if the manual was bigger and had some larger images along with larger print. Also some of the instructions aren't even there so you have to kind of guess how to install the part. For example the foot pedals. One of them has normal treads. The other one is backwards thread. Also the fenders and headlight assembly has no instructions at all. Took some time to figure that out. The way the headlight and front fender get installed could use a better design. Its a bit questionable whether it will stay secure. I was very impressed with the shipping and speed of delivery.
