I was looking for something to grab and go In the morning for a quick breakfast, and that’s exactly what this was! The taste was good although it did have a bit of a funky chemical/medical thing goin on in the background. Long story short does what it’s made to do and does it well taste is good not great, would recommend!

I have used a different brand of long and short acting protein mix powder for years. I won’t say what one, but it rhymes with “wombat.” Sadly it’s changed formulas and doubled in price as so many things have these days. So I searched for a new protein. I tried a few. After a popular vegan brand literally made me vomit in my mouth, I went back to animal based and tried this one. Honestly, I wish I had switched to this brand a LONG time ago. It tastes great, includes whole foods and sustains as meal replacements should. It takes a little longer to mix but it’s worth the extra 10 seconds of effort. I’m looking forward to trying more of the other products this brand offers next. Good stuff!

I really had high hopes and wanted to like this stuff. It has to be refrigerated after opening... seriously, It's a protein powder. Taste isn't terrible but it doesn't blend well at all. Too much debris left over in the shaker an chunks throughout mixture. Going back to Muscle Milk

A friend recommended this product for kick-starting my 41-year-old self’s weight loss after an extended plateau. I previously tended to skip breakfast, and would graze all day. This product has been a fantastic choice - I drink a shake in the morning (my word of advice is drink it IMMEDIATELY after mixing, or it gets unpleasantly thick) - and absolutely keeps me from being hungry or having an urge to snack until lunch time. If my work schedule is really hectic, I will just have another shake for lunch, and it’s great to know that I am getting a good amount of fruit/veggies without making myself miserable.

Excellent flavor with no chalky or gritty taste. Dissolves very well and has quality ingredients. I add local farm fresh milk and it comes out nice and creamy! Highly recommend!
