WOW! I absolutely love this clever as it’s very well built and heavy in which is a huge plus cutting meat. Very sharp looking and very sharp cutting. For the price it’s too notch… very very good knife 🔪 and I will be buying more of these - It’s a very nice clever and can’t say enough about it.

This is not beautiful or elegant but it is functional. The finish is coarse and the handle escusion looks as though it's meant to be welded to the blade. The weld is mediocre quality but I cut up a couple of solidly frozen hamburger chubs with it, and it shows no sign of cracking. The hollow edge grind is very coarse and the cutting edge had a ridiculous burr on it when it arrived, but after some love and care on a diamond lap, the cutting edge is sharp and cuts paper. The coarse hollow grind surface drags but the actual edge holds up decently well. The steel is decent quality, it just isn't at all anesthetic. Planning on reworking the entire blade to a clean, bright finish and polish the hollow grind and cutting edge... The handle seems to be some sort of simulated wood grain epoxy. Nothing I can do about that unless I get ambitious and want to replace the soulless plastic with some nice rosewood or purple hart. The IMPORTANT part is the steel is decent and it holds an edge. Good knife on a budget. Great knife if you have the skills to turn it into a project piece.

This butcher knife is exactly what I was looking for. It has a great weight to it and feels very sturdy. I’ve used it to cut through chicken bones, and it handles them with ease without dulling the blade. A fantastic, multipurpose tool for any kitchen - definitely worth 5 stars!
