Looks good and is a solid piece of furniture
Good size and looks good. The fire comes with lots of different selections to enhance a room when on. Can be used with an APP or or the remote. Easy to set up and puts out good heat.

Nice fire, shocking delivery
Surprising good fire. The colour of the faux flames change so it has a nice effect. I went shopping for an electric stove style fire and found them extremely expensive for what they are. None of them look particularly realistic but this does give a lovely glow and produces enough heat to heat up my large room. I only give 4 stars as the delivery was shocking. It was 3 days late and I kept being told it would arrive today/tomorrow etc then being offered a refund when this was purchased originally as a gift so ended up having to buy something else and kept this for myself. As for the fire though, its very good for the cost.

Value for money
We bought this item because we had a log burning stove prior to this arriving. We had solar panels fitted and we thought that this would be a good investment. Wasnโt sure what to expect for the price. I must say we are very impressed. Easy to install and use. Looks great and would highly recommend.

Looks good, easy to set up and operate.
Easy to set up and operate using the supplied remote control and the buttons inside the door. With the app installed on my phone (I used SmartLife, but it also works with tuya I understand) and after doing that my Amazon Alexa automatically set itself up to operate the fire that way. Simples! Plenty of options to adjust the flame look and the bed of logs, and the heat output was excellent. Good value for money imho.

Great addition to my front room
Absolutely love this, perfect size for my space. The remote and app are a brilliant and easy extra to control the fire. The space at the bottom for storing logs for decorative purposes is a fab idea. It looks and works great

Overall happy
Happy with it, main reason its 4 starts not a five would be nice 2 have more choice of coal and flames colours and also they flames are only really visable when its dark. Hard to see if its daylight. Overall its nice, app works great.
