I paid for a laminated photo!

I am extremely disappointed. My photo is laminated! But why? And there's a piece of hair or lint laminated in the picture. I normally do not write bad reviews but I had to share. Please don't waste your money on this. I could've printed this on my own paper and laminated it myself.

Deserves zero stars! Dark, blurry, poor quality pictures!!! I had the same prints done at target and they came out way better! Plus they don’t even refund you for the trash they send you! Only one or two of 24 came out okay. Don’t waste your money!!!
