Measurement is to size
Most filters are actually a 1/4 inch smaller which allows for easy insertion. These filters are the exact measurements so I needed to compress it in order to make it fit.

They seem as good as any other filters I've purchased but these are a great price
I'm not quite sure how to tell if one paper filter is better than any other but these are working fine so why spend more?

This is the best price I have seen for these filters, great for summer whem your changing them out more frequently

Beware of the actual vs nominal size
Unlike every other filter I have ever used (I'm 60), this filter is sized different. Every other filter has a nominal size, in this case 20" x 22", and an actual size, which is usually a bit smaller so it will fit into the furnace. Not this one - the nominal size is the same as the actual size, so of course it will be extremely tight in the furnace, so much so that it will bend and crush as you force it in. It needs to be about 1/4" smaller in both measurements, like every other filter! Waster of time.
