Product appears genuine and unused, but it arrived without any protective cap or tamper seal. The manufacturer or seller should improve the packaging. Apart from the packaging, the product is very light and has very good fragrance, also hair looks silky after applying it, the effects of the product may vary from person to person depending upon the type of hair, mine is almost dry and frizzy and gets tangled most of the time, this solves that issue for me, so far happy with it.

Purchased this product based on reviews. Consistency is good when you rub between your palms. When applied on wet hair, it feels sticky but doesn’t appear that way. Hair has a nice glossy wet look when still wet. Amazing smell. When dried/ blow dried, the stickiness disappears. Smell doesn’t last for long. Hair is not as frizzy.
