Love this item. Love that it’s rechargeable. Love that it can stand up on its charging base with the UV light on so it attracts the bugs to their demise without chasing them around. And love that the damned mosquito’s go bang on contact. Very handy to have around in summer.

Excellent zapper! We’ve been overrun with flies due to the extra hot summer. This zapper just obliterates them. Outstanding! It’s also rechargeable so no more buying batteries!

Been suffering with those pesky little fruit files in the kitchen, particularly around my compost tin and bowl of fruit. One swing of this bat over a fly produces a satisfyingly loud cracking sound, and the fly is toast. This is the 5000v version; since my purchase I've noticed an identical-looking 4000v model being sold significantly cheaper, and then a web search (why didn't I do that before!) suggests that a mere 3000v is sufficient, so I do wonder if this one is overkill—quite literally. Nevertheless, it works very effectively, as evidenced by the total absence of fruit flies in my kitchen. I've had this thing only a day, so will amend my review if anything changes.

Appears good. Haven’t had much chance to use it yet, but have killed a few fruit flies which were settled on the window. Tried swatting some which were on the move but it wasn’t very easy to catch them.

This items helped a lot to eliminate all the flying insects in my house . It is extremely effective.

Stopped working after a few months, blue light won’t come on. Too late to return it. Avoid

Not too impressed with this zapper - not working as well as I'd envisaged and the charge doesn't last long. Wouldn't recommend it.

Fantastic!!! My brother had them and after use I decided to buy one two, seriously long usage time before it needs to be charged again and you can just turn it on and leave it standing, the light will attract mosquitoes without any efford

Super produit , avec trois option, éteint, allumer sans lumière ou avec. La raquette repose sur un support qui charge avec type C. efficace pour détruire toutes sortes d'insectes qui volent la nuit, du simple moustique aux papillons de nuit. Je recommande ce produit en particulier à ceux qui ne peuvent dormir sans êtres complètement sur que tout est calciné dans sa chambre. Attention, à voir ce que ça donnera dans le temps.

Am not sure if it worked or not, i just saw a small light coming from the base but thats it .. i throw it away as i never saw any dead insects around it .. also i had to always charge it .. its cheap but didn’t help me in any way

Saved us from getting bitten by mosquitoes in our parking lot and in the car! My kids are not use to of mosquito (we moved from london) so it saved us from constant stopping the car on the road to get the mosquitos out my kids zap them in the back seat .but bear in mind it zapped my 4 year old finger which was very painful hence 3 stars
