When I opened the shipping bag and saw the very 'cheap' OEM packaging, I said "uh-oh". However, I still gave it my best try (I am 'tech savvy') but this thing just would not work. It would only 'see' one connected device; it would switch to the other inputs but it would not see more than the one device (Note: the lock was in the 'off'' position so it wasn't that). As a last resort, I tried changing out several different devices and using several different inputs on the switch, just in case it was a specific device or input that it wouldn't see; it didn't matter; it would still only see the one device. I do not like writing negative reviews but this 'thing' just wasted a lot of my time. 'All-in-all', cheap packaging, cheap product (look and feel}, did not work, wasted a lot of my time trying to make it work and having to re-package it and drive to UPS to return it. My thanks to Amazon for their 'no-hassle' return policy!Update:Although I returned the product, I was impressed with Lankstone’s Customer Service. They emailed me immediately and offered their assistance, however, I had already arranged to return the item and had ordered a replacement brand. I added another 2 stars for their quick response and offer of help.

2 months after purchase and working perfectly, certain ports started to have problems. Port 1 which is the main one I use keeps giving me an HDCP 2.2 error, saying that the 4D content is not supported. I have tried to replace the cable with a brand new HDMI 2.0 cable, still giving me the same problem. I recently switched it to port 3, which I use less often. It seems to solve the for a few days, but the same problem appeared today. My roku also periodically experience a green tinted screen. I have to switch the roku to another hdmi port for it to become normal. The whole thing has become very frustrating, especially after working perfectly for the past 2 months, which is also too soon for a new product to fail!

Lots to like about this device. Main reason it was chosen over others is that the port can be locked so that it does not switch channels when another device is added. The remote control works nicely, and the included direction sheet is helpful. It is s good choice at a reasonable price.

guh. go through the process of attaching all my old game systems to this hub turn it on (it needs a power source) and no signal on the tv. went through the painstaking process of checking each hdmi cable directly to the tv and they all work. complete waste of time.

Worked out great for what I needed it to do, no problems so far.

Works well, the remote is a little small and easily misplaced but not a huge issue. I like that it automatically switches between hdmi inputs when a new input is detected.

It worked for me. What I was looking for.Lights are small, hard to tell witch input you are on from a distance. I like the lock function.
