Pads stick firmly to the carpet and not to the flooring. The underside that is in contact with the floor has a very high friction coefficient and is extremely effective in preventing rug movement. They can be lifted from the floor easily but will not lide. I was genuinely surprised at how effective they are.

Easy to apply, strong grip, and washable for reuse. Works best on hard floors, less effective on carpet.

I’ve tried a few of these and they never last until these ones!!! Used on the bottom of my rug on wooden flooring and the rug does not move an inch even with an excited dog running over it

They worked effectively for about a week and kept my rug from slipping but then they became unstuck. The problem is that we have a footrest on top of the rug which leads to it being pushed, so these would probably be a lot more effective if you were only walking on the rug. They are relatively thick and can be made to fit any rug.

These are a great idea but mine stopped working within a couple of weeks. Are now totally useless and don’t stick at all. Avoid.

I purchase this for a yoga mat that kept slipping and sliding. I wanted it to have facility to be moved, not stuck to the floor. I had previously purchased a rubber grip tape that was NOT grippy...but these Tech rug pad grippers are FANTASTIC!!!!!! They work just as the description states, no marks on the floor, just a very good grip. Would definitely get this again.

Thes work brilliantly. We have a parquet floor in the hall with a rug between the stairs and the living-room. We have two lurcher dogs who hurtle from the living-room, across the hall, up the stairs along the corridoor, hand-brake turn at the end and hurtle all the way back to the living-room. Repeated, usually, six or seven times without stopping. The leading dog leaps from about five stairs up, lands on the rug which would go sliding across the hall. Not any more! These grippers keep it firmly in place!! Unbelievable, but true. The grippers are a tad expensive and so it would be good if they were offered in packs bigger than four and with a n appropriate discount . But they really are brill!

These are amazing. I hate those cheap rug pads because rugs still slip and they're a pain to put together. I had come up with my own method of duct taping rugs to the floor but since getting new lvp flooring I felt a bit more protective towards my floors. These small pads have an adhesive in the back and you only put them on the corners of the rug. The white part has a vacuum effect just as advertised. I was so amazed by them I took a video of me kicking my rug . You can see that it won't budge, especially in the corners. The middle gives in a bit but it still doesn't even slide 1 mm. Rugs are still easy to remove from the floor. you just lift them as if peeling from the floor, corners first. I have two large cats who send rugs flying during zoomies. With these my rugs actually stay where they need to and they don't wrinkle. The robot vacuum can't peel it and trap itself under either. I'm supper happy with them and I'd recommend 100%.
