There were two cassettes included in this order. The first one tangled in the middle of printing the first label. The second cassette has worked fine to complete my project. The color was black on a matte silver finish and blended perfectly to label a tool box. For the price, I'm really not going to complain. I'd give the cassette that worked five stars on its own, but the fact that one was defective pulls down the review.

A great product at a great price
These labels are a bit more orange than they appear in the photos, which is good. You're buying them to really stand out. They are not super-neon but neither are they a basic bright orange. I actually bought mine to make some labels for my obscure Kubota tractor controls. I wasn't trying to match them with the factory orange color but it actually comes pretty close.

Great way to make your gear stand out
Owning a photography/videography business, and being on location with other media providers, it's really important for me to have a way to distinguish my gear from everyone else. I use this label maker for everything! The red color really stands out.

Prints great and Sticks on well.
Produced clear and concise prints on my Ptouch PH-H100. I used it to label my glass jars. The tape holds perfectly throughout multiple runs in the dishwasher and the microwave.
