Whatever we put inside, hot or cold. The steel outside becomes the same. I was carrying hot black coffee in it and it burnt my hand from outside. The quality of the product is fine but the steel is so thin and not at all a insulated thing. See a picture of it having something cold inside

I like the packaging and the quality of steel bottom is really good. Only thing was the cap most of the times doesn't sit properly.
