Trumom USA Electric Steam Sterilizer for Feeding (6 Bottles) and Baby Food Steamer (Includes 1 Year Warranty)

The sterilizer is awesome if you use it properly. I am reviewing it after 1 month of usage. Sterilizer works totally fine. I was afraid of buying it after reading the reviews but after purchasing it I do not regret it. The best part is its rate which is so economical. I did not wanted to spend much on the sterilizer then I found trumom sterilizer which is working totally fine. It says that water level should be poured in to 100ml which evaporates after 9 minutes and the sterilizer automatically stops. U can add more amount of water but then the sterilizer will take time to turn off or you can switch it off on your own after setting an alarm. The looks and quality are above average. You should clean the heating plate once in 3 or 4 days in order to avoid any black marks. It's the same case in any sterilizer.

It’s a wonderful product..very useful easy to use, clean & effective..however I wish one can have a contact number to activate warranty and extended warranty. Coz doing it through mail sometimes is a cumbersome process..i do have a small complain too..my product after functioning for a month has stopped functioning and I need it to get repaired or replaced within warranty period..don’t know who to contact to..I need help & service/replacement for my unserviceable product

Review Sept 28The product stopped working after I wrote the good review below. It worked fine for 2 months and then it stopped working, the power button stops. And it looks like a manufacturer defect with this product line. The service part is even worst. No one responds properly. The product needs to be shipped back to Chandigarh. It will cost 700. I did that and they sent it back again. I was still happy that I received the product quite soon. And this time it just worked for 5 times in 5 days. And the same issue again. If I have to send it back again to Chandigarh it will cost be another 725 because it will weigh 2.5kg after packaging. This is really not cool.So I'm asking for a refund.Amazon should stop this product line. They are shipping defective product. And I saw few other reviews with the same issue during the month of June-July.I'll go for Phillips..... Now this service process is costing be even more. Investing on Phillips at first go should have been better.Review on JulyI'm writing this review after using this for more than a month. This is really a good product due to its compsct design and easy to use feature. It's worth it's money. I know it might appear little costly. But the materials used is good fiber plastic. There is no risk of electric shock due to water leakage. Easy to clean.6 bottles can be steamed. Even water or milk can be heated. Within just 1-2 minutes milk or water gets warmed. Due to autocut feature it shuts down in 9-12 minutes. It totally depends upon the exact water quantity that we use in it.By using exact 100 ml of water to steam sterilize bottles the machine gets auto cut in 9-10 minutes. Later on even fruits and veggies can be steamed for eating or even steam sterilize in case of raw consumption.

User friendly, easy to operate.

Really a useful equipment to keep our child healthy. Many people just wash bottles, spoons etc just with hot water but it's not sufficient to remove /kill all the bacterias. Sterilization is must!!!Product is of sturdy build and very use friendly. I have one suggestion for manufacturer, the accessory shelf (Nipple shelf) should be having smaller holes so that if we put small baby spoons, they won't slide down to bottle shelf. Else... Hats off to u guys !!

I am writing this review after two yrs of purchase. Thank you Trumom for this product. It's better than philips and any other brand that I can guarantee.The best part is its simplicity to operate and clean. You can control the time by just controlling the qty of water.No problems till date... Infact looking to seel it back to Trumom...Thank you so much....really a great product and must buy for newly born kids.
