Incredible! So helpful for teething! I've been making everyone try some because of the strong and extreme tingling feeling in the mouth! Many people have commented that they didn't expect such a strong sensation from a "natural" product. Herbs are amazing and this is a great quality extract! I just drop a little on my finger and rub it on the gums as needed. Also, we've been using it for teething and sharing a little with everyone we've been around for the fun of it and the 4 oz bottle still looks about as full as when we bought it! Herb Pharm makes consistently good products. Be sure to shake before use. I'm using topically on some spots on my arm. The spots are diminishing slowly. I need to be more consistent with applications.
