One the best chocolate tastes out there!
Insane taste complete changes the taste to cookie would order again for sure. Pricey but so worth it!

Delectable decadent treat
It’s summer, strawberries are bountiful and if you want something to finish off a meal or to snack on in the evening try my hands down favourite, chocolate dipped strawberries. Carefully melt required amount of chocolate in a bowl in the microwave. Do this SLOWLY! Initially in increments of 30 seconds, stirring between. Then in increments of 10 seconds until ALMOST all are melted. Let the last bit melt as you stir it. Doing this slowly is imperative if using a microwave, which is much cooler in summer than over a pot of boiling water. Dip icy cold, but NOT frozen fresh strawberries into chocolate placing them on a tray or plate spaced apart, then refrigerate until cooled (about 10-15 mins). Callebaut choc chips are extremely high quality luxury Belgian chocolate and ideal for delectable desserts. Enjoy!

Great taste, easy to use
The chocolate was very easy to work with and melt (melted it in the microwave, around every 10-20 seconds I would mix it until it was nearly smooth, id recommend adding a few more callets and stirred it in till it’s smooth again.). Used it for chocolate strawberries and they came out good for a first try. I’d definitely recommend trying out if you can spend a little more

Tastes great!
The minute the pack of this cooking chocolate is opened you can smell the real chocolate aroma, not some imitation. It melts well and stays liquid for quite a while, and doesn't loose the creamy taste if it needs to be re-melted. Tastes good too

Delicious, smooth and creamy, perfect for melting
I won't buy any other milk chocolate for baking. These taste incredible and melt into the perfect silky ganache. I top my choc chip cookies with extra buttons for perfect presentation. If you want a chocolate that holds up when baked (for brownies and cookies) I wouldn't use these, but for topping and melting and emulsifying into goodies, they're perfect.
