I have gone through a bunch of these pillows through the years. They really give you a good massage. The downfall is most of the ones I have in the past would wear out after a couple of years, either the massaging node would break off or the gear wheel would break or the mesh would tear and it would be such a pain to try and get a replacement I would just give up and buy a new one. This one is different in that it lasted me for five years after I bought it from Zyllion which proves it was much better quality, for one thing they provide a spandex girdle the fits tightly over the cloth mesh for the massaging nodes to reduce friction and prevent tearing. Second the gear wheels are much more durable. That being said the massaging node did break off here recently, but thanks to the accessible zipper cover which I could open (most other companies make it very difficult to take the cover off without breaking the zipper) I was able to remove the cover and was able to replace the massaging node with a simple screw driver and part which Zyllion was willing to provide for me free even though five years had elapsed since I purchased it. Also since the outer mesh was wearing away they also replaced that as well. So great product and great customer service. Highly recommend.

We’ve tried several back massagers but none so effective as this. Relief from two herniated discs is immediate. A ten minute massage lasts me for hours. And it’s compact and convenient enough to take it with me wherever I go. The charger lasts about 3 hours without heat. About half that with the heater on. This is the best massager I have ever used. I love it.

This little massager is so convenient without a cord. The massaging nobs are effective but I don’t feel the heat as much. I wish there was a higher setting for that but otherwise this does what it says it does. I only use it as needed but have used it multiple times (15 minutes each time / it shuts off automatically after that) without needing to recharge it. Update (Jan. 2023): I was having issues with the massager not working properly and contacted the seller. They responded very quickly with some troubleshooting tips; when those didn’t work they arranged for a replacement unit to be sent to me and included pre-paid shipping label to return the original as I was still within the warranty period. The customer service is great!

We tried our son-in-law's and loved it, so we got our own Shiatsu massager. We got the cordless which is great! (You can use it plugged in or not.) We haven't used the heat much. Even though it is well built and a good quality, I have to say that after just a few months it stopped working. (I don't know why.) But the company was absolutely fantastic and easy to work with. They immediately sent us a new massager and a label to mail the other one back. They also offered to sign me up for a two year warranty. I recommend this product and company.

I use it 2-3 times a week and pretty happy with it. It relieves stress on the neck and massages lower back pretty well. 15 min timer is perfect and being cordless helps me to use it when on long trips. Great value for the money. I am happy I bought cordless version (even though it is slightly more expensive than the corded one) , it is worth is. Suggestion: Charging port should be have been on the side .

It's not very strong. Don't like that it dies very quickly and the stopping every 15 mins. It's not very useful and may returning.

THIS IS THE MESSAGER THAT CAN BE USED WITHOUT A POWER CORD (RECHARGERABLE) OR WITH A POWER CORD. THIS IS THE TOP TIER MODEL. THE REASON? IT HAS A FATAL FLAW THAT CANNOT BE REPAIRED. I PURCHASED IT AND YOU CANNOT CONNECT THE A/C POWER CORD TO THE UNIT SECURELY AND AS A RESULT OF THAT.......THE A/C POWER CORD KEEPS DETASCHING FROM THE UNIT... IT IS VERY CUMBERSOME TO HAVE THAT FLAW....AS SLIGHT MOVEMENT....UNPLUGS THE MESSAGER. I'VE HAD THE SELLER SEND ME 2 OTHER REPLACEMENT UNITS.....SAYING.......DON'T WORRY....WILL SEND YOU A GOOD ONE.....BUT EVEN THOSE HAD THE SAME ISSUE.......WHICH LEAD ME TO BELIVE THAT THIS IS A MANUFACTORS DEFECT THAT EFFECTS ALL OF THE UNITS FOR THAT MODEL NO. I've used it after every basketball game to reduce the back pain. There is a notable decrease in back tension and an improvement in mobility. The 15min timer is perfect.

I found nothing to dislike really. I have been wanting to try a massager for chronic lower back pain and after reviewing them extensively on line opted for this one. I am not disappointed. This little machine is excellent for reducing spasms and pain in this brittle, 77 year old back. You can adjust the pressure just by leaning forward a bit if it’s too intense or by using the lighter mode already programmed in. Lots of adjustments are available to personalize this little massager. I am happy with the rechargeable/portable capability as well. This allows me to use the massager untethered to an electrical outlet. One negative aspect which might bother some is the heating element is a little on the mild side so don’t expect a gush of real warmth. What heat it does emit is fine for me but others might like more.
