series 6 wont play
Be warned. Set 6 would not play on my oppo. All the other sets I have purchased have worked fine so far but set 6 of this set may be blank ?Disappointed for sure. Great series on blue-ray , well worth the upgrade. Just not in this box set.

Fantastic Series
Can't get better than Poirot! He's the crime fighter with a brain, boy they are hard to find these days.The quality of the reproduction on blu-ray is stunning to say the least.

Poirot investigates
This box set covers a further 15 of Poirot's cases including one where he was a young policeman in the Belgian Police (the Chocolate box) investigating the death of a politician favouring the Nazi cause and explains how he acquired the piece of jewellery which he wears on his lapel with different flowers during his many exploits and the lady who may or may not be the love of his life.

Poirot Blue ray
This series is just excellent. Bought the previous one first and just ordered the next - though can't understand why it should be so pricey. One complaint, however, its primary language is Spanish which has to be changed everytime before using but I couldn't find one with English as the default language. Furthermore, the Spanish titles are not even a direct translation of the real English title which is very confusing.

Outstanding!
If you want to watch poirot in never before seen quality, then buy these, it's as simple as that. Yes it's Spanish, but with one push of the audio button on your remote and then probably the down arrow to switch to English audio, it's as if it had been filmed now in super HD. Some very dark scenes are a little grainy, but still better than DVD. If you want English packaging with DVD extras, like the faulty yet official English boxset that has been recalled, then don't by this, but if you just want the episodes in the best possible quality, look no further.
