Will it keep hot for a long time? Current flask doesn’t keep warm enough for baby bottle

Depends on how much you define as long time. I've only tested it for about 3 hours and the coffee was still hot nearly burned myself as it was unexpected.

Will it keep milk cold ?

Yes, I filled it with cold milk from the fridge and although in a really warm room it was still cold the next morning.

Can this flask go to the the fridge?

I do not see why not; it's stainless steel and the size of a bottle. I'd put mine if the fridge.
