Great product! I love the programmable height settings. I purchased it at the same time I bought an under-the-desk treadmill, and it is perfect! It requires assembly, but the instructions are clear, and they throw in extra hardware. It is sturdy and has a simple clean look. My only complaint (and it is a very minor issue) is that the two cut-outs that accommodate the monitor wiring has plastic inserts that are not flush and have to be removed; otherwise, the monitor stands are a bit wobbly. I love the desk, though.

Loving the electric lift. It was simple to put together. The screw driver provided did break near the end but it's ok we had a better one. It is quiet enough for me to go from sitting to standing while my husband sleeps. I will say there is a safety issue. When lowering the table make sure nothing is near the lowering parts as it does not stop if something is caught under it. Luckily it was just a trash can for me but it could be worse. It is a sturdy table and doesn't shift or wiggle. The wood is not too bad either not real wood but it is packed well. Also goes pretty high. Im 5'2 and it goes to my shoulders. Bought it on sale so it was well worth the price!!

The ideal cost effective option for those who want a standing desk but don't want to break the bank. The biggest issue is after a week of owning the desk, the control panel screws came undone and would not reattach, I ended up using wall putty and the panel hasn't fallen off since. Great starter or budget friendly option!

I purchased the Sweetcrispy Electric Standing Desk Adjustable Height, 48x24 Inch in September 2025 and, due to a move, didn't unbox and attempt to set it up until about two weeks ago (early February 2026). The desk itself appears well-constructed from the parts I could inspect, but the electronic control panel is completely dead—it doesn't power on at all, no lights, no response, nothing. This is clearly a defective unit out of the box (or possibly damaged in shipping, though the packaging looked fine). I've tried basic troubleshooting like different outlets, checking connections, etc.—still nothing. What makes this truly frustrating is the abysmal customer support: Called their support line multiple times at various hours → no answer, just messages saying lines are busy or to use other channels. They eventually texted me to say calls aren't possible due to high volume. I texted back detailing the issue → they asked for pictures. I promptly sent clear photos of the setup, connections, and dead panel. That was four days ago. Complete silence since then—no confirmation they received the pics, no follow-up, no resolution, nothing. I've seen similar complaints about Sweetcrispy's customer service on Trustpilot and scattered reviews (unresponsive, slow, or outright ignoring warranty claims), so this doesn't seem like an isolated case. If you're considering this desk because it's affordable, think twice. You might get lucky and have it work perfectly, but if anything goes wrong—even a simple DOA electronics issue—you're basically on your own. No real support, no quick replacement, just radio silence after they get your money and photos. Amazon's return window has likely closed for me due to the delay in setup, but I'm leaving this review to warn others: Buyer beware. This brand's "excellent customer service" claim in their listings doesn't match reality. Save yourself the headache and look at brands with better support track records.

I am almost 60, and found the instructions to be very clear, took a couple of hours at most for me to assemble. The mechanism works great, push the button and change the height. Perfect for what I needed. Just wish it was on wheels.

Sturdy and convenient. Easy to put together and well made. Holding a modem, WiFi extender, 43’ tv, Xbox, two controllers, and hold the cords neatly with plenty of room left! Great decision for the room. Not to mention it adjusts to your seat height.
