Pitt Artists Shades of Blue Pen Brush (Wallet of 6)

I love Faber Castell products and this wallet of Pitt Artist brush pens for landscapes has six colors useful for sketching landscape elements. The product is as described, was carefully wrapped for shipping and arrived on time. Looking forward to using these with watercolors.

The best drawing ink pen brand you can buy. Not many exist that are archival and waterproof. If you don't want to use ink bottles this is the option to go for.

Faber Castel's Pitt artist pens are my absolute favorite brush tip pens. The color doesn't bleed, fills in consistently and the brush tip is great for fine details. I always get better results with these pens than any others I have tried, and the price is competitive. I needed some shades of blue for my collection and I'm very happy with this set, although I think the two lightest shades are a bit too light and too similar to each other. I don't think you can find the same quality for the price in any other brand.

I am a fan of Faber-Castell's professional artist supplies. They quality is excellent, colors are beautiful and they're free of animal byproducts, making them suitable for use by vegan artists like me. This is my first set of the Artist Soft Brush Pens and I really love them. The muted greys are quite lovely and I really like how they layer and blend in my multimedia sketchbooks and on marker paper. They also handle very similarly to a soft watercolor brush. I adjusted to them fairly quickly and now they are a must-have in my studio. I will definitely buy more of these pens in the near future. They're wonderful.

I love these pens to use in my art. And this multi-pack gives you a variety of pen sizes/styles to choose from. The pens arrived as described and in perfect condition. The customer service of DAPV is outstanding. The pens were delayed in shipping and then lost. Sharon at DAPV responded immediately and offered a refund or to immediately ship a second set of pens. I chose a second set and they were shipped Next Day service so that I could have them in time for the start of an art class. Great service! Great pens!

Delighted to find that when urban sketching I can use these pens on the sketch to get down the essence of the color scheme, and then later add watercolor. No smearing, running, or smudging. The tastefully selected colors in the landscape packet are just right.

I purchased this small set of Pitt artist pens several months ago on the advice of a designer who said that the ink would not leak through on coloring books. While I found that to be true of her particular books, I have also found that these pens do still leak through some paper and it is important to test them before using them. I am torn about buying the larger set of 60. I do use these in all of tests for coloring book reviews but I have only recently picked them up to do a complete design. I'm not sure if that is because of the more limited range of colors in this small set or because I prefer other medium. I like them for areas where I want a more solid color versus the translucent quality I get from alcohol or water based markers though I feel that the color comes across rather streaky. That is mostly likely due to my use of the pens. I feel that they are really more of an artist's pen than a coloring book pen. I have used them in small patches where I wanted their deep color and have been pleased with them for that purpose. I will upload a mandala that I have just completed using this set of six pens.

Bu kalemlerden ilk defa aldım ve kesinlikle harikalar. Ucu SB diye geçiyor ve yumuşak fırça ucu hissi veriyor. B olan setler de var ama onların uçları bu kadar yumuşak değil. B uçların renkli setlerinden SB uç için de yapsalar keşke.

Feutre à l'encre de chine donc ne traverse pas le papier, idéal si il y a texte ou dessin au dos de la feuille à dessiner, (c'est là la différence avec les feutres à alcool qui eux traversent). Dans le paquet Nature (terra) les couleurs sont _ 108 dark cadium yellow_186 terracotta_189 cinnamon_180 raw amber_169 caput motum_177 walnut brown.. (attention si vous avez le paquet peaux le 189 cinnamon est en double). Pour le paquet Landscape (paysages) les couleurs sont _268 green gold_192 indian red_ 170 may green_174 chromium green _146 sky blue_ 247_ indanthrème blue... très bons feutres, la qualité est Top je recommande. Comprei para fazer sombreamento em desenhos, e também em desenhos em tons de cinza. Ótima caneta, tinta flui bem e a ponta pincel permite uma variedade de traços. Gostei muito da variedade tons quantas e tons frios, da para fazer muitas variações.

A textura das canetas é muito boa. Fica um traço diferenciado.

Zum Zeichnen oder für Hand-Lettering sind die Stifte erstklassig geeignet und gehören damit für mich zu jedem Stift-Sortiment für ein wundervolles Bullet Journal. Dank der Künstlertusche trocknen die Stifte super schnell und verwischen nicht. So lassen sich – natürlich auch beim Zeichnen – besonders gut Akzente setzen. Da die Tusche sehr schnell eintrocknet, lassen sich die Farben nicht mischen und Flächen (oder Buchstaben) werden an den Stellen dunkler, an denen man eine zweite Schicht aufträgt. Im Gegenzug kann man aber auch mit unterschiedlichen Farben Muster zeichnen, die sich gegenseitig überlagern. Etwas Vorsicht ist auf rauem Papier geboten, da die Spitzen hier leicht ausfasern, für Bullet Journalisten aber die gute Nachricht: in den Notizbüchern von Leuchtturm 1917 oder Moleskin gibt es keine Probleme und insbesondere auch kein Durchbluten der Stifte, sodass auch die Rückseite noch einwandfrei verwendet werden kann und keine unschönen Flecken entstehen.
