As you can see in the pictures, there are scratches on the figurine. There is also a semi transparent mark on her hair. It could be glue. The hair by the face looks chewed. It looks just fine inside the box. If that is how you plan to display it, then it will be ok.

My daughter absolutely adores this, I highly recommend this. I was delivered timely and quality of product is great.
