Really nice brace. Supportive but not at all bulky. Compression level is good - not too tight or too loose and they stay in place nicely. They definitely help my knee discomfort.

Your product is terrific. It is very comfortable and it is really helping my knee when I am at work. I am a personal shopper at Walmart. It is fast paced and a lot of heavy pulling of carts. The brace gives me great support. I like the way the gel ring protects the patella, and side support strips help my knee from giving out when turning the corners of the aisles. It is a very superior product. I will buy no other knee brace except from TechWare. It does what you saids it does, it does not slide it stays where you put it. I would give you 10 stars instead of 5. It gives such great support I don't want to take it off. GREAT DESIGN!!!!!!!

I had essentially worn out three Bauerfeind knees sleeves when I came across the TechWare product. The executive summary is that the TechWare is the winner. If money were no object I would probably stick with the Bauerfeind. Here is my take on the two products: Bauerfeind - great product. While I am never sure if the support is more psychological than physical I do know that I have less knee pain after my 3 to 6 mile runs. The Bauerfeind is slightly longer than the TechWare (see pictures) which gives me the sense of better support and compression over a larger area. It reaches further up my leg. The patella “donut” is very similar in size and feel to the TechWare so that is not an issue. There is a “V” band of gel material on the upper part of the Bauerfeind to reduce slippage down the let. Having been through 3 of these I find that this is the first part of the sleeve that gives way. It starts to peel off over time. There are similar plastic struts or supports that run vertically most of the length of both sides of the sleeve in both products. The Bauerfeind seems to be more shaped while the TechWare is heavier piece of long rectangular plastic. That said, there is no noticeable difference between the two while wearing and running. TechWare - good product. Overall the sleeve seems beefier than the Bauerfeind and gives the impression that it might last longer. My biggest complaint is that it is not quite as long. The stretchy material seems to have a stouter weave but stretches nicely. I wear a medium in both products and there is no noticeable difference. As you might expect, the Bauerfeind stretches over time (the primary reason for replacement) and I think the TechWare will eventually have the same problem. The heavier construction makes me think it might last a bit longer. As mentioned above, the patella “donut” and vertical plastic supports may have subtle differences but they cannot be felt during wear and use. Conclusion - Given the huge price differential and that you can buy several TechWare sleeves for the cost of one Bauerfeind sleeve coupled with negligible performance differences I recommend the TechWare.

*I did NOT receive any kind of discount on this sleeve I have had occasional aches and stiffness in my left knee for 14 years. It's never been bad enough to need a compression sleeve or brace on a regular basis. This past summer, I twisted my knee while working out and felt a pop! (Got it checked out by my family doctor. It's a sprain). I had a hard time with it for awhile. Then I slowly got better. It recently started hurting again, and feeling somewhat unstable at the back of my knee (site of injury). I had an Ace compression sleeve, but it wasn't enough support to keep my knee from hurting, especially when working 12-13 hour days in the hospital. I decided to check Amazon for a new brace. When I came across the Tech Ware Pro Knee Compression Sleeve, I was quite interested in trying it, especially after reading the reviews. I measured my knee and ordered the large. I've been wearing it, mostly while working, for just over a week. Holy cow! This is the best compression sleeve ever! It supports and prevents my knee pain; it's breathable and doesn't slip! My thigh is a little large, so it digs a little after wearing it all day. But I can roll the top down some and it still doesn't slip! After wearing it while working for several days in a row, my pain is better even when I'm not wearing the sleeve! It's even better than the big brace with the hinge/ springs on the outside, and I can wear it under my pants. It's breathable, so it won't make you hot like a brace or sleeve made of a different material would. I would definitely recommend this compression sleeve to anyone who has knee pain and needs a little extra support.

According to my measurements, I needed a Large but it was too big and I needed to size down to the Medium in order to get enough compression to keep my knee cap where it needed to be. Then it was pretty great on fit, so I recommend if you want the compression and tightness to size down one. Surprisingly comfortable, though the upper elastic was a little tight on me (I have thick thighs), although I figure it would stretch with time so that isn't a barrier. However, then I found that the plastic "stabilizer" strips on the side of this sleeve kind of pop out at the tips (see attached images). I think it'll eventually strain the fabric and rip, so I don't see this brace holding up very well. I returned it.

I like this product a great deal -- in fact after I bought the first one I used it for a few days and then purchased another one for my other knee. I have even recommended them to friends who also are future knee replacement patients. At first I thought I would wear this every day. However, as with any sleeve worth its salt, the compression is tight and it caused my foot to swell after wearing it for 8 hours or longer. The swelling was gone by morning, but I tend now to just wear it when I am going to be walking or otherwise exercising my knees. The product seems well made, fits well, is easy to get on (make sure you have the right size) and holds in place. Overall it is a great product for the price. Just don't expect to feel like you have a brand new knee.

Bought this compression knee sleeve hoping to relieve some really bad pain in my knee and leg. I injured my tendon from jogging. This compression sleeve really helped reduce the pain. It is very good quality, material, and durability. The gel ring around the knee is comfortable (not too tight, not too loose). I wear it under my jeans and you'd never know it was on. Great price. It really helps. I highly recommend.

La compré porque traía desde hace meses dolor en mi rodilla, tanto para caminar como Cuando hacia ejercicio , me espere a usarla para poder dar la reseña y si la recomiendo ! Solo Bastó cómo usarla tres dias y le quito el dolor . Ya solo la uso un par de horas cuando empiezo a sentir que me quiere doler y listo. Yo compré la talla chica y me quedó bien N La recomiendo ampliamente !!!!

Its a little tight when you first start wearing it, but I find it gives me excellent support exactly where I need it. It helps me to walk much better and having the good support also helped with my pain. I highly reccomend this it has support for the knee and sides of the knee!! Great product!!!
