How long are the swabs?

The swab part looks like a giant Q tip on a plastic stiff straw. The length is about 5 inches, long enough to swab someone’s mouth without putting your fingers in their mouth, but not so long that it gags them.

I can only physically brush my teeth once a day, would these be a good alternative?

There good to clean the mouth when you cant use mouth wash or brush teeth. Used them on elderly Father they worked great and he liked them helped with his dry mouth also.

Can I use on babies to clean there mouth?

If they re teething age i would say yes being careful they dont eat the sponge.
