I think these curtains are really gorgeous! However, I think labeling them as blackout is not accurate, and using a term like lined or double lined for reduced opacity would be better. I have custom made hex blackout shades that will literally make my bedroom dark. These curtains do not so if you are looking for light blocking this won’t be for you. They are easy to install but require hardware to hang. Additionally, I purchased another set to add more fabric to my window because I wanted a very covered window as this is the front of my home. They are linen so they are not soft. I also had those cushions custom made on Amazon to match the curtains. I do love the curtains, but the are just standard lined curtains. They are well-made.

I purchased the blackout version curtains. First picture is with the blinds behind the curtains closed. Second picture is with the blinds behind the curtains open. The only light that comes through is on the side because of how far they sit from the window. I used no-no brackets (not the wall brackets that came with it) which is why they are sitting further from the window. I was afraid that the design might be too busy but its just the right amount of detail! They curtains are so beautiful in person. Definitely worth the price in my opinion.
